Ingredients

  • 500 gm minced meat or minced chicken 2 tbspns ginger garlic green chilly pastes 2 bread slices soaked in little water 4 onions sliced and fried (Birasta) 2 potatoes sliced fried and mashed 4 eggs Oil to grease the pan or lagan 1 tbspn ghee Salt as per taste. Garnish : Lemon and Onion wedges

Directions

  • Marinate 500gms minced goat meat or minced chicken with 2 tbspns of ginger garlic and green chilly pastes salt and turmeric powder. Add a crushed egg. Squeeze water and Add 2 bread slices. Cover and keep aside for 10 mins. Take oil In a pan or lagan add the ready mixture. Pour two eggs on it. Cover and cook on slow flame for 15 mins. Check with a clear knife test as we do for cake. Ready to serve.
